I remember a guy, years ago, who would come to you and do on site 
tune-ups. A neighbour of mine biked a lot and had this guy come and work 
on his bike and he was very satisfied. I am afraid I don't know the 
guy's name and this was many years ago.

Anyone got any names? Many in the Yellow Pages?
