space here).Both are clean,quiet,responsible(non smokers-non
drinkers).Must allow a few senior well-behaved cats(fixed,indoors & nails
clipped).One tenant is an experienced landscaper to maintain property.Can
afford $525.00+ utilities,$580.00(water included),or $600.00 + hydro.Will
pay $20 mth for 1 parking space.If you have a place right away,we are in
desperate need to move to a house,duplex or side by side...please help us
asap as residence we're in now isn't safe(electrical problems as
