Obviously if you know how to do a chipswap you tried refla****ng the
bios? Is the new bios on a floppy? If so insert it and and power on the
computer for 15 minutes or so. Just make sure your fans are turning.
SOMETIMES if the bios is corrupt it will check in time for fix. Is there
a bios recovery on the original cd that came with the motherboard? Good
