Download GetData Back works great.
Sad thing is often you'll lose the file names (headers) so if you say had
an
MP3 it would be called DC12345.mp3 then the next mp3 DC12346.mp3
It just lables it as it finds them.Altho you don't always loose the names
depends what happend to the files.Or if more data was written to the drive
after the lost files.
Some people also use Partition magic's recovery tools.
Theres various programs that will work if you need u can bring it here I
can
recover what I can and dump the files to 8Gig DVD-R's or 4.7's even a
SDRAM
flash card.
Get Data Back doesn't need any more room to copy the recovered files....
as
it just lables them again making the data visable.
I will tell you SOME of thje MP3's I've recovered had a few errors after
recovery but it was very few. U know a blip or tick int he MP3.
I can also and this is my usual recover the data and copy it onto one of
my
spare hard drives. Then format the main drive and copy it back....
Anyhow let me know. If I can't get it all back my good friend works for
the
Airforce as thier on site PC tech so he KNOWS and has all the access to
ANY
and all resources to recover ect.
