	That's another issue entirely. There was an article (I think it can be 
accessed from Digg) about how ISPs send random reset packets to their 
customers. I recall the highest percentage was 60% of the packets for 
one ISP were reset packets. Shaw was down to around 10%.

	The thing is neither company is giving the customer what they want or 
are paying for. In certain areas MTS has issues with stability and 
speed. Shaw has issues with volume. Both seem unwilling to do anything 
to fix their problems. They advertise the ability to get files at high 
speeds or watch streaming video online. The thing is, what is the point 
if you can't do either reliably without interference...
