Install MS Word or something similar.  That is how Outlook Express
has the ability to spellcheck in the first place.

You can also check to see if you have the English dictionary
already installed by doing a search for .LEX files
Word installs it in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof\

I have MSSP3EN.LEX and MSSP3ENA.LEX
I think the first one is for US English, and the second is for
AU/CA/UK English.
