Wow! I didn't experience anything like this. I received the packet
in the mail as promised. I filled out the paperwork and left the
packet and the keys on the seat. I mailed my release form to the DMV.
On the scheduled day, I came home from work and car was gone. Haven't
heard a word since. Everything was a easy as expected.
