I wasn't close enough to see it. I was on foot and had no chance to
get closer before they buggered off. I knew it was a pickup because a
pickup is a lot larger than the numbers on a plate.
And I am not "so concerned". I was ranting about the stupidity,
arrogance and inconsiderate behaviour of some dumb ****.
