LOL, definitely not. I offered my experience to help the original
poster make their decision, that is all.

They would not deliver the windows without payment. These were special
order windows remember. How exactly is it my responsibility to ensure
the quality of their product or service? I don't understand what you
are suggesting I take responsibility for??? Speaking of service, I've
been having good luck so far with CWD's warranty repair service.

To summarize, I give CWD a -1 for delivery service, -.5 for quality
(not terrible but could be better), -1 for returning calls, and +1 for
warranty service for a final score of -1.5.
