I think to legitimize your claim on here, you should post a link to scans
of
the order, invoice, and any letters back and forth between CWD and
yourself.
Believing that you know what you say to be true, and are not ingnorant to
the fact.......I would never accept delivery on windows without looking at

them first ( common sense ). Furthermore I hope ( again common sense ) you

did not pay Saskatoon Doors and More until the windows were delivered and
installed. Cause seriously, as an adult you have to accept some
responsibility for some of this........yes, no?

Just looking for the answer from the poster, won't reply to anyone
else.....other can read along to see our answers and conversation.

Thanks

I have recent experience with CWD through Saskatoon Doors and More. My
advice is to avoid both of these companies. I paid almost $5000 for 7
custom vinyl windows. 5 of these windows have several issues including
broken nailing fins, ripped screens, damaged jamb extensions, broken
or missing weep flaps, and general scuffs and scratches. I've also
noticed some evidence of questionable quality control such as smeared
sealant on the glass, frame and jamb extensions, finish side of
course. Both Saskatoon Doors and More and CWD have been apathetic at
best and didn't seem to care to help me or even return my calls until
I threatened to reverse the charge on my credit card. LOL. Funny how
that works. I'm still in the process of getting my windows fixed. It
has been a painful experience.

Anyway, just my two cents.

Also, although I have no experience with All Weather or Jeldwen and
can't comment on their quality, I've heard from a reliable source that
they at least do not arrive damaged. :P
