Presuming that you are trying to ask about "undue hard****p", you are
completely mistaken. The term "undue hard****p" requires that there be a
"due"
amount of hard****p in the first place. Undue hard****p concerns the point
at
which a person/entity is permitted to stop making an effort/investment to
accommodate another individual's needs. A business must try to accommodate
someone who is handicapped (there is a due amount of hard****p expected in
accommodating the disabled), but not beyond the point where it places an
undue
hard****p on the business.
Landlords, gas companies and tax people have no requirement to accept any
level of hard****p in order to make sure you can afford what they are
asking.
All wi****ng aside, it is not the gas company's responsibility to make sure
you
can afford to heat your house. Nor the landlord's responsibility to make
sure
you can afford to pay his rent. The law simply presumes that businesses
will
only be able to charge what the market will bear.
