Constitution in California? Don't make me laugh... They can (and have done
before) vehicle checks for any reason they want. I remember having my
vehicle searched coming into California from Nevada years ago, saying they
were looking for illegal fruit and vegetables, ya right, they were looking
for the 2 pounds of pot I had hidden in my spare tire.
