Banned hi-capacity magazines are entering California at an alarming rate.
DOJ and law enforcement are steping up enforcement of laws to prevent the
illegal magazines from entering the state. Agents will be watching gun
shows
and checking vehicles as they leave Nevada and cross over the state line
into California. It is a felony to im****t any magazine that is capable of
holding more then 10 rounds into California.
If you trans****t illegal contraband into California you will be arrested
and
charged with felony im****tation and possession of hi-capacity magazines.
If
you purchase a magazine across state lines make sure it can only accept 10
or less rounds. You are responsible for obeying the law so it is always a
good idea to check the magazine before coming back to California.
