This aircraft is in excellent condition, following a C of A and major
refurbishment work done by "Airborne Composites" (UK's Grob TMG
agents) in Jan 2008.
On top of routine maintenance, gel coat work and hard-waxing, the
following new or reconditioned parts were fitted: cylinder heads,
battery, fuel lines, transponder aerial, undercarriage legs, main
tyres, brake discs pads & hoses, larger tailwheel fork & wheel,
magneto (overhauled), engine cylinder baffles. The propeller was
replaced in April 2007, and the a/c has only flown the one test-flight
since then.
Price: offers around £25,000 will be considered for the aircraft.
(There is also a possibility of selling syndicate shares (at least
50%) if a/c will stay in East Anglia.)
