Jar Opener very different,vintage-5008
This jar opener measures about 9" long and weighs about 8 ozs. You put
the jar in between the teeth as you can see and then the handle sort
of jacks up to tighten it to the jar and turn and it's open. At bottom
looks like it was a lid pop opener. This is quite an unusual way to
open a jar, but it works. I am able to make out with a loop, Tiawan on
the bottom pc of the item. Have no idea of the age, but it was in the
gadget drawer of my moms kitchen items. Dad was good at finding odd
