Nice camera, but you're dreaming if you think you can get that much for
it. These were made by the 100s of thousands, so aren't "rare" at all.
You didn't say whether it was a rangefinder or not; if so, that'll let
you charge a bit more for it (if it's a coupled rangefinder). But $160?
