outside enjoying a BBQ or playing frisbee. Instead, most of it is

rays you catch taking the groceries to your car, checking the mail and
walking the dog.
Besides a good moisturizer with an SPF of 15 or more, serious skin
care also includes a good cleanser. Make sure you wash the old make up
and oil ac***ulated throughout the day off each night, then again in
the morning. This will cut down on clogged and enlarged ****es. There's
nothing more unattractive than a person whose ****es are bigger than my
studio apartment. A huge reason to avoid enlarged ****es is the fact
that once they're enlarged, there's nothing you can do to shrink them
down. If your ****es are big now, the only thing you can do is try to
keep them from getting bigger.
Another thing you should do is exfoliate. Serious skin care means
sloughing off dead skin cells that make your face look dull and flaky.
This also helps remove the cells that can clog your ****es and lead to
