Is it on the walls or rugs? You need to find the spots. Then go to a
place like Pet Valu or Pet Smart and buy "Nature's Miracle" or "Heads or
Tails". It will take a few applications since the pee is now dry, but it
will work eventually. It doesn't mask the smell, it neutralises it - it's
an enzyme thing. Vinegar won't work, so don't bother to try. It's pricy,
but does work, and be sure to follow the directions. They use that in
kennels etc.
