My brother-in-law is looking for an outboard motor for his 14 foot boat.
It should be under 9.9 horse power to avoid registration, start relatively
easily and not require a great deal of maintenance.
He is hoping to find something in reasonably good condition but he has a
cap
to what is willing (able) to spend.
