I dunno, but I've been watching them closely on ebay, going rate seems
to be 165-170. not bad, considering when i priced them at a local shop
here they were 325.
I had an old makita model about a 1993 model, i got it second hand from
a shop that buffed cars in about 1999... just recently it bit the dust
for the final time (took it to a reputable shop here and they said she
sbeen patched many times and its time for a new one".
All i ever did was put a new set of brushes in it... but i did a lot of
cars with it... niec thing about the model i quoted you is it comes with
the 7" backing pad... and you can get the pads to fit it locally here in
Fredericton anyway...
If you've ever buffed before... have you tried the selection of foam pads?
