Depends on the car - there is usually a plug under the vehicle, about
center that slpits the wiring to the signals and brake lights. They
typically plug in there. Other cars the connection is up inside the body
behind one of the signal lights. The kit should tell you where to find the
harness for your dodge. I've done many wiring jobs and these harnesses are
definately the way to go over tapping and soldering. Just make sure you
tape the seems up good when you're done to keep corrosion out. The
connections are typically 20 - 50 bucks.
