Johnston True Value used to charge $2.00 per package.  They are now
charging 
by Size.  They're charging me $18.00 for two bundles of 2 Tires. Still 
pretty good. I'm picking em up on Saturday. Four tires are slightly more 
than half price, even including the drive this weekend.
