OT: F.A.C. Renewal Process

Called the 1-800 fer the past 4 days and NOTHING!  Seems they are 
experiencing a HIGH volume of calls and tell you to "call back later". 
Anybody know the grace period to renew a F.A.C. / PAL license?    The web 
site address?  thanks
