Refill Toners

Hi,

I have Brother MFC 7820N Laser Printer and I want to know is it safe to
use 
remanufactured Toners or buy the original one please?

Some one is selling me for £25 Refill and I wonder where you can buy the 
original cheap please?

Would the refill affect the drum worse please?
