What I could do with are needles for my turntable. Does anybody know a
supplier? Too bad the government doesn't have a needle exchange program
for
us vinyl junkies.
What I love about vinyl is the size of the disk. When I bought an LP, I
felt like I really purchased something. CDs are so flimsy and small. One
scratch and they stop playing. You can't get much in the way of a gate
fold
with a CD. One of my Bee Gees LPs has a fold-out of the band members.
The
print on an LP isn't microscopic either. Some records have clear vinyl
while others come in various colours. Some folks have dissed picture
disks
but I think they're great. I have a Beatles Down Under interview CD
picture
disk and it's one of my favourites. I doubt I'll part with that or my EMI
pressings of The Beatles albums.

School) and When a Man Loves a Rabbit ((Learning and Living With Bunnies).
