Thanks, that was my idea.  If I could post it to the m***** someone may
see it and recognize him.  I thought of putting it on the electronic
billboard on University Drive in front of Best Buy.  The stories on
Crime Stoppers are selected by HPD, they make suggestions and Crime
Stoppers decide who goes on the air.

I don't have pictures of him putting down his pants because he was
behind one of the display counters, but I do have the video of him
pulling the computer box out of place to where he did his deed.

I actually had a camera see the whole thing but I hadn't turned it on
to record.  It is now turned on for recording.

What gets me is when I called the cops to re****t the crime all they did
was take the re****t over the phone.  Then they told me if I wanted a
copy of the re****t to come down and pay them $5.
