Don't recognize him but that is a *good* picture.  Much better than what 
most surveillance cameras produce.  If you can get wide spread 
distribution of that image someone should recognize him.  If you can get 
the local news channel that runs the "crime busters" (or is it "crime 
stoppers") to run  those pictures I highly suspect someone will give you 
an ID.

Are you absolutely sure that is the guy that did the deed?  Any images 
of him putting the goods in his pants?

Hope you catch him.  Can't stand thieves.
