Description: Our client, an independent, not-for-profit organization
that provides a critical service to the health care industry in protecting
public safety, seeks to hire a senior-level professional to join its elite
IT team.
The Business Implementation Analyst develops and troubleshoots Oracle
Enterprise Relation****p Planning (ERP) e-Business Suite Applications
program modules, ensures service level availability, designs, develops,
tests and implements application extensions and enhancements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Works with Finance to perform year-end processing, accurately define and
assign yearly Benefits for all employees, sup****t the established Payroll
process, implement new E-Business Suite modules as required
Utilizes formal project planning process and SDLC to clearly identify
requirements and delivery schedules ensuring project time lines and user
commitments are met
Demonstrates ability to perform business process analysis, functional gap
analysis, data analysis, and situation *****sment
Guides users in formulating requirements, advises on alternatives and on
the implications of new or revised processing analysis
Provides technical expertise to assist in the integration of external
suppliers and applications modules
Recommend necessary patches and upgrades of ERP
Work closely with internal customers and ERP sup****t staff
Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Science in a related field (e.g. finance, business,
computer science)
2. 5 or more years experience in designing and developing technical
solutions for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 11i applications
including conversions, extensions, interfaces and re****ts
3. Must possess a deep understanding of the Oracle EBS technical
architecture, and high level functional knowledge in Financials
4. 5 or more years of software development experience with solid knowledge
of SDLC
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a
collaborative environment.
6. Good understanding of Oracle databases, concepts of database structure,
storage and database objects essential
7. Experience with complex multi-tier environment
8. Strong problem solving skills and demonstrable attention to detail
9. Must be self-motivated with the ability to complete work with limited
guidance from management.
10. Adheres to QA best practices
11. Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, Oracle 11i E-business
suite Modules, specifically:
Core Financial Modules
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payables (AP)
Order Management
Supply Chain Management
iExpense
Projects
Fixed Assets
Oracle Workflow
12. Knowledge of the following is desirable but not required:
Enterprise Planning and Budgeting
XML Publisher
Oracle Discoverer
Oracle Applications Desktop Integrator (ADI)
SQL loader
