BabySitters.com is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Software
Engineer to join our development team. This position will help in
extending the functionality of our current web applications.
Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, deploy, and extend the infrastructure which
sup****ts our secure, scalable, and quickly evolving web application.
* Identify new coding techniques, practices, developing technologies
and suggest their application as appropriate
* Assist the sup****t and operations teams to swiftly resolve customer
issues
* Assist in requirements analysis, development schedules, and system
documentation preparation
Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in creating websites. Meaning commercial
experience using HTML 4.0, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related
and/or similar development tools to create front-ends to database
driven websites.
* Your background should include architecting, building and
maintaining relational SQL databases.
* You should be sharp regarding object-oriented programming
methodologies and development tools.
* Expert in C#, AJAX and ASP.NET
* Very solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
* Ability to code HTML and CSS
* Experience developing n-tier web applications with Microsoft
technologies
* Experience with online search marketing and advertising a plus
* Excellent overall communication skills
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Other:
* More than proficient in MS Office products
* For clarity, you will not be responsible for the User-Experience or
UI Design.
