Description: I have been asked to identify ideally regionally local to
the NYC area, Independent Consultant Lead JAVA / J2EE Architect candidates
for a Securities Architecture initiative. Qualified candidates do not need
to have Financial applications experience, but it would be helpful, they
will have four years+ of experience with UNIX, Oracle, PL/SQL, EJBs, JAVA
J2EE, JAVA core language, JMS and 2yrs+ of UML, RUP and Business Objects
Ajax with 2yrs+ Team Lead and 2yrs+ working with off-shore resources
experience for a six months+ independent long term contract, after the
initial six months offering a possible intent to hire in the New York
City, New York area. (Ideally regionally local NY / NJ / CT area
candidates, no interviewing, travel or relocation expenses are provided

The selected ideally regionally local Independent Consultant Lead JAVA /
J2EE Architect candidate will be developing a Financial Securities
Architecture initiative requiring a large degree of client interaction
on-site in NYC while leading the new development effort for this project.
Qualified ideally regionally local Independent Consultant Lead JAVA / J2EE
Architect candidates will have four years + of the following:
-Unix / Linux
-Oracle Stored Procedures
-PL/SQL
-EJBs
-J2EE
-Java core language
Business Objects
-JMS
..and two years+ of the following:
-UML / RUP
-Team Leading
-Working with off-shore resources
-AJAX
Qualified candidates will have near perfect English writing and English
speaking skills not requiring repeating during rapid English conversation.

This long term project in New York City, New York offers an initial six
months independent contract with a competitive starting rate in the
