If your computer is running slow, cra****ng, has errors, blue screens,
lost system files, lost data, etc., your problem is most likely the
hard drive. I explain to my customers everyday that data can be lost
on your hard drive just like a video tape that's been jammed or
damaged or has magnetic drop out in one spot. Running a virus and
spyware scan or trying to do any software repairs on a computer with a
faulty hard drive will only waste time and money and not solve the
problem. That's why your problems keep coming back and why it's so
im****tant to always back up your data on external media everyday -
hard drives are mechanical devices that fail. I've seen them fail less
than a year old.
I have found from my years of experience that with the right equipment
and expertise 8 out of 10 hard drives that were sent to high cost data
recovery services did not need to be opened in order to recover the
data - but the high cost stays the same.

1 - If you live in central NJ you can make arrangements to drop off
your hard drive, tower or notebook directly to me.
If you live outside NJ, carefully package and send the hard drive or
notebook to me by Insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Note: Do not open your drive! Handle your hard drive with care. Don't
bang it or drop it. It is shock and static sensitive. Avoid damaging
the circuitry of your hard drive when handling it. Hold it by the
sides, not the bottom where the circuit board is.
2 - Please include a functional external data storage device of equal
gigabyte or larger to your drive that your data can safely be
transferred to. Offering the drive to drive data recovery transfer
method assures you of the lowest possible cost and if you're like most
people, searching through a stack of DVD's (100 gigs of data = 13-22
DVD's) to you're your specific files is too time consuming and
frustrating. If you would like to have your im****tant dou***ents\data
transfered to DVD you can e-mail us for details.
Note: The privacy and security of your data is treated with respect. I
have no interest in viewing your personal information, for that reason
I do not search for specific files or pictures. I only clone and
transfer complete drive data to the external drive you provide.
3 - After your data is recovered I will contact you by phone (if
local) or by e-mail (if outside NJ) with a print screen picture of
your hard drives' recovered properties, sign on user names,
directories, file folders, etc. to confirm that the data has been
successfully recovered.
Once confirmed, make your payment for the service through PayPal.
When I receive your payment, you can make arrangements to pick up your
unit or I will return ****p it to you in your original ****pping package
by Insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

How long does it take?
In most cases average size hard drives (up to 80 gig) are ready to
pick up or be return ****pped within two business days. Allow more time
for large capacity hard drives.
