I am currently in the market for Mint US Postage stamps ( must have gum,
but
can be hinged ).
I pay 75% of face value for stamps bearing gum - values 1c - 22c.
I pay 80% of face value for stamps bearing gum - values 25c and up.
I can make payment through Paypal or via personal check / money order.
