Both lead nowhere since they do not reflect the real sky. e.g. the
U.S.A. has Serpens Cauda ascending in the horoscope, perhaps Aquila.
It can not have Scorpius or Capricornus since they were not ascending
at the epoch, neither they do now. There is no such thing as e.g.
Aries ascending at this epoch, talking about eastern ascendants. Thus
neither Vedic not sidereal have nothing to say about the real
precessed sky.
